PLATE TURNERY

Girardi S.r.l. is a plate turnery firm that has been working for over 40 years with the manual turning and it is specialized in stainless steel manufacturing thanks to automatic lathes based on the computer numerical controlled system (CNC).

Its production finds application in the industrial sub supply sector with the realization of components and articles for small and medium firms, public corporations and big companies that work in different fields such as: fumisterie, ventilation and heating (production of smokestacks in stainless steel or in copper); internal illumination (components for chandeliers); external illumination and street furniture; production of mechanical elements for the automobile and aeronautical sectors (catalysts, lamps); creation of tanks, dispensers, centrifugal separators for food and oil sector.

Besides, the firm has produced mixers for the pharmaceutical sector, silverware articles and items, funereal articles and components for systems that have the purpose of using renewable and alternative energy.

The different processes (turning, metals stuffing and consequent deformation and pressing, cutting and drilling…) are made in stainless steel, aluminium, silver, iron, brass, copper, titanium, carbon and other alloys in general; the plate turnery Girardi S.r.l. is able to work these metals in foils of different thickness and diameter.
